When my order will be dispatched?
Item will be shipped immediately on the same (cut-off time 8:30am ) or next business day after receiving full payment. We deliver using Australia post eparcel and other appropriate methods, transit insurance is normally included for your peace of mind unless specifically stated otherwise.
What is the delivery timeframe?
Delivery times vary depending on the your postcode, you can also choose *express post for urgent order.
Delivery times are estimates only as provided by Australia Post and may be affected by external factors beyond our control. Please allow 1 extra business day from the date of placing your order for your goods to be shipped.
95% of the orders will be shipped next business day after receiving full payment, deliveries typically occur within:
– 2-4 days to NSW Metro, VIC Metro, SA Metro, and QLD Metro.
– 4-7 days to VIC Rural, NSW Rural, SA Rural.
– 5-6 days to WA Metro, TAS Metro.
– 7-9 days to WA Rural, QLD Rural, TAS Rural, and NT.
Delays may occur during holiday and peak periods or extreme weather conditions.
*There is no guaranteed for overnight express post, although we do send out parcels on time, there is still 1 out of 20 parcels were not delivered overnight for express post which beyond our control.
I Haven't Received My Order
When products leave our warehouse you will be emailed a tracking notification (normally 5pm by next business day) showing the items that have been dispatched and any others that are still being processed.

If you have not received your order within the specified time frame, please email us and our staff will be happy to lodge an investigation with the courier company on your behalf to track down your parcel.
Please note: The investigation process can take up to 10 days to resolve. Once our team receives an outcome from the courier company we'll be in contact with you immediately with a resolution.
How much does postage / shipping cost?
To confirm your exact postage costs, simply add items to Shopping Cart and there is a shipping estimator in cart page. Your postage cost will depend on a number of factors, including size and weight and your postcode.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes we do offer australian post express post service, you can choose it in checkout page.

Return & Refund FAQ
How do I return my item/s after my RMA has been approved?
Please click here to request a return, order must be returned within 30 days with original package. Once your Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) has been approved, please return items to following address

Item returned must be in its original condition and package, otherwise refund or exchange may void.
How long does the return process take?
If you have already email us for a return request, you will be contacted soon with more information about your Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) request. Our Team will provide you with more information within 1 business days, please keep an eye on your email inbox (or junk mail box) for updates from them, Please note that any items returned to us without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Has your RMA been approved and you have already returned your item/s?
After your RMA is approved and your item is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected by our Returns and Warranty Team and they will be in contact to advise you of the outcome.
We ask that you allow 4-5 business days from the date that we receive your return parcel from Australia Post, for the inspection to be completed.
What is your Refund and Return Policy?
We strive to provide accurate and fair product descriptions. Please read the descriptions carefully or contact us if you have any questions before making a purchase
- Items returned for a refund must be received within 30 days in their original packaging and not used. If a customer changes their mind and chooses to return an item, postage costs and transaction fees (e.g. PayPal fee 2%, credit card surcharge 1.5%) are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for the item cost only, and the customer is responsible for all return and redelivery postage
- If the item you are returning was sold with free shipping and no PayPal or credit card surcharge, the original freight and transaction fees we incurred (e.g. PayPal fee 2%, credit card surcharge 1.5%) will be deducted from your refund.
- The Buyer must inspect the Goods upon delivery and, within 14 days, notify the Seller in writing of any evident defect, damage, shortage in quantity, or failure to comply with the description or quote. Any other alleged defect must be reported to the Seller as soon as reasonably practicable after it becomes evident. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, and all postage costs will be covered by us.
- Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, and securely boxed to prevent damage. Failure to do so may void the refund.

Distance between center (CTC) refers the distant between 2 screws holes of a handle, either you want to replace the old handles or pre-drill the new holes it is the most crucial measurement for a handle.
